Every journalist is dreaming to receive the Golden Gong award. TV Radio Company Russkiy Mir has been nominated in the category The Best Online Project-2017.

The total number of works in different nominations is 3551.

President of the Journalism Department of Lomonosov Moscow State University Jasen Zasursky is a head of the expert jury this year. The other jury members are the head of Information Department of Russian Foreign Ministry Maria Zakharova, Deputy Director of the Department of State Politics in the field of Mass Media of Russian Mass Communications Ministry of the Russian Federation Ekaterina Chasovskaya, Director of the Department of Printed Media, Book Publishing and Printing Industry of the Federal Agency for Printing and Mass Communications of the Russian Federation Yuri Pulya, Deputy Editor-in-Chief of Russian Newspaper Yadviga Yuferova, Vice President of Association of Communications of Russia’s Agencies Vladimir Evstafiev, Executive Director of Russian Regional Mass Media Directors’ Alliance Sophia Dubinskaya.

Annual Journalist Contest conducted for more than twenty years is organized by Russian Regional Mass Media Directors’ Alliance and the Federal Agency for Printing and Mass Communications of the Russian Federation. It has become one of the most influential contests in the field of journalism and a real demonstration ground of professionalism for printed and online media as well as for editing and publishing houses.

The contest results will be announced on December 7 at President Hotel where winners will get statues of Goddess Irida.
