Trump and Putin set to meet tomorrow

RF Ministry of DefenceVladimir Putin is to conduct meeting with Donald Trump tomorrow in Vietnam, RIA Novosti reports. According to the Russian leader's assistant Yuri Ushakov the time is unknown yet.

Heads of state to meet on the sidelines of the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation forum (APEC) that starts tomorrow in Danang, Vietnam.

Yuri Ushakov commented that Moscow is ready for the bilateral talks since there are many issues to discuss, from Syrian conflict to Korean peninsula issue.

US President has underlined the importancy of this meeting, especially in discussing the hot topic of confronting the North Korean threat. Peaceful settlement issue in Ukraine might be raised as well.

Let us remember, it will be the second meeting between two presidents. The last time they've met in Hamburg on G20 Summit. Putin and Trump have positively estimated the first acquaintance.
