Russian-Chinese Friendship Society celebrated its anniversary

Russian Defense Ministry Anniversary of Russian-Chinese Friendship Society is celebrated in Beijing, IA Xinhua reports. The organization was founded 60 years ago to join citizens of both countries. Social activists attended the gala celebration, which was timed with this date.

According to the head of the Chinese side of the Russian-Chinese Friendship Society Chan Yuan, the organization contributed a lot to develop interaction between the two counties, reinforce connection in all directions and broaden cultural, religious and youth exchanges.

Russian Ambassador to China Andrey Denisov has also congratulated the participants with this date.

It is worth reminding that the main festive activities took place a month ago in Moscow. A concert by Alexandrov Ensemble in the Bolshoi Theatre was organized. The Russian and Chinese leaders congratulated the audience.
As per the Russkiy Mir Foundation, jubilee of the Russian-Chinese Friendship Society was marked at the Eastern Economic Forum. Vladivostok hosted a photo exhibition where almost fifty pictures were presented depicting details and witnesses of the world history events from politics to sports.
