NTV and Star reporters wounded in Syria

Ammar AbdullaNTV and Start TV channels reporters have been wounded in Syria as a result of land mine explosion, as per RIA Novosti. Now they are safe and sound, according to the Defence Ministry press service.

Reporters were working at one of the living blocks of Deir ez-Zor when the land mine exploded. NTV reporters Ilya Ushenin and Timur Voronov and reporters of Star TV channel Konstantin Khudoleev and Dmitry Starodubsky were injured together with five soldiers from Russian International Anti-mining Center.

All injured were immediately delivered at the Russian airbase Kheimim where they got necessary medical treatment. Now they are safe. The main issue is to return them home as soon as possible.
