Tourist potential of 2018 FIFA World Cup host cities shown in Paris

pixabay.comTourist potential of the Russian cities hosting the 2018 FIFA World Cup was showcased in the French capital, TASS reports. Rostourism organized the event, which was included into Alliance of Hospitable Cities road show.

Representatives of tourist business in France were guests of the presentation. They were demonstrated advantages of simplified visa procedures for foreign football fans, hotels, guesthouses and transport infrastructure. Besides, presentations were about the most interesting sights as well as routes worked out specially for the World Cup.

Rostourism head Oleg Safonov has explained that Russia is well prepared for the main sports’ event. New hotels were constructed, transportation system was optimized.

An interesting agenda is compiled for the football fans. Guests from abroad will have an opportunity to learn more about Russia, get acquainted with its history, culture and cuisine. They will have a warm reception and many positive impressions.

Rostourism has assured that security is on the top level for guests and sportsmen.

The first road show took place in Rostock, Germany. It took place on the sailboat titled Kruzenshtern. Such events will be organized in Peru, Argentina, Uruguay, Brazil, Great Britain and Spain this year.
