Russian Youth Forum–2017 held in NYC

 King of Hearts/wikimedia.orgRussian General Consulate in New York is hosting Russian Youth Forum–2017 with participation of Russian-speaking people 18–35 years of age living in America today, Octobe 27th, as per the website of Coordinating Council of Russian Compatriots in the USA. The event is to be attended by recognized Russian compatriots, scientists, historians, representatives of Russian Orthodox Church Outside Russia as well as foreign guests wishing to take part in the forum. Representatives of Russian Embassy in US as well as Russian government members arrived in New York to participate in the Youth Forum.

Programme of the present Youth Forum consists of several sections. The first one is dedicated to preservation of Russian language, traditions and culture. The second - to consolidation of Russian Americans. In the course of the third one pre-selected projects to be presented. Participants will discuss an opportunity of consolidating Russian-American youth in US and different projects implemented in America. After the official part is over, the best participants to be awarded.

The forum will end with the gala concert and dinner on behalf of Russian Ambassador to US.
