Autumn Charm masquerade ball held in Canadian Château Laurier

Autumn Charm masquerade ball organized by Russian community in Canada was held in Ottawa. The event took place in Fairmont Château Laurier and timed with 150th anniversary of Canada's foundation.

It is remarkable that the castel is known as the Third Parliament Chamber being the venue for important events and meetings.

Russian community representatives and locals interested in Russian culture and traditions were among the guests.

Russian Ambassador to Canada Alexander Darchiev and some Canadia parliamentarians have greeted the audience. The ball was organized by the director of The Education Center Rodnik Natalya Tarushkina.

The concert started with dances. Polonaise, menuet, and other classical dances engaged many people.Theatre vignettes embellished the evening.

Château Laurier chef served tables with delicious dishes and French wine.

Autumn Charm masquerade ball was a charity event. All the money will be donated to Russian creative centers for kids.
