The day before Foreign Minister of Poland has claimed that Germany and USSR started WWII together having attacked Poland. Besides, he has pointed out that the Red Army was leading war with fascism on the assumption of their own interests, as at that moment USSR “had been already a victim of the German aggression”.

He has noted that such behavior is a result of “thoughtless” NATO expansion to the East, which happened “regardless mentality of the local population”. Klintsevich doubted that situation in the country struck by the virus of nationalism would hardly change for the better.

In his turn, senator Alexey Pushkov has mentioned that WWII began “in Munich, when the West surrendered Czechoslovakia to Hitler and Poland had its share too”.
