Russian cybersecurity system is one of the best in the world

pixabay.com Russia has entered the top-ten digitally developed countries with the best cyber security systems, TASS reports. The first place in the international rating by Global Cybersecurity Index is taken by Singapore.

This rating is is designed to contribute into global computer informational security culture development in the course of the digital revolution. There were 5 key parameters used in the rating: legal, technical, organizational preparation, cooperative attitude of official structures, scientific and educational potential.

It's significant that twopost-Soviet states have entered in the top ten. The fifth place of GCI rating belongs to Estonia, and Georgia has shared the eighth place with France. 200 countries took part in the research.
