Representatives of 47 countries took part in an April test on history of the Second World War, which is conducted for the fourth time already, RIA Novosti reports.

Maria Voropaeva, the Deputy Chairman of the Duma’s Youth Parliament at the State Duma has remarked with satisfaction that, apart from the Russian language, the test was available in five other languages including Chinese and Japanese. Besides, the deputy has specified that for convenience of foreign citizens the test got a new name and now it is referred to as a test on history of the victory over fascism”.

The Russkiy Mir Foundation has written about this test before, it includes thirty questions which should be answered within half an hour.

This is not the first time, the test is organized all over Russia. As for the international presence, almost fifty countries took part in it, among them such countries as Azerbaijan, China, Turkey, UAE and many others.

More than three hundred fifty thousand people claimed their wish to answer the questions, which is one and a half times less than last year.

Overall, the participants succeeded in the test, but some complicated questions (for example: which city was called Tankograd (the answer is Chelyabinsk) caused some difficulties for the third part of the respondents.
