Russian community in Ireland to hold Russian Culture Festival and car racing in honor of Victory Day

Flickr/Dyn Photo Russian expat community in Ireland has held the sixth Forum, as per the website Russian Ireland. According to the Russian Ambassador to Dublin Maxim Peshkov, the activities meant to unite Russian-speaking community have been actively developed in the country.

Moreover, representative of Moscow House of Compatriots Nikolai Miroshnik participated in the Forum. He dwelled upon the actions of Moscow administration aimed at strengthening of ties with our compatriots. He also reminded that Moscow and the Irish capital are connected by the collaboration agreements; the last of them was signed this year.

Forum participants discussed the action plan for this year. In particular, the organization of Festival of Russian Culture in Dublin with participation of Moscow bands and performance ensembles was discussed. Russian expats will traditionally celebrate the Victory Day by the festive car racing, which has always been very popular among the population.
