Putin and Netanyahu discussed Middle East situation

During his working visit to Moscow Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu met with Russian president Vladimir Putin, Kremlin.ru reports.

During the meeting, two Heads of State discussed the current situation in the Middle East, particulary in Syria. Possible ways to overcome stalled Middle Eastern crisis and concerted efforts in countering international terrorism were also put on the table.

Topics Russian and Israeli presidents' meeting included an actual agenda of cooperation between two countries and especially the work of relevant ministries on preparation and signing collaboration agreement in the field of social security.

Russian President has noted with satisfaction that work meetings and telephone calls between him and Israeli Prime Minister became a regular thing. Putin also congratulated Netanyahu with coming Purim festival and wished him and Israeli people prosperity and happy celebrations.

Benjamin Netanyahu, in his turn, thanked Vladimir Putin for the congratulations and the reception.
