American children now can watch full version of Smeshariki cartoon, starting tomorrow, TASS reports. “Smeshariki. Legend of the Golden Dragon” will be released in US on March 3. In few days, the animated film will be sold on DVD. It will be screened in four US regions: Massachusetts, Minnesota, Texas and Colorado.

Legend of the Golden Dragon is the second full-length project from of the animated series depicting life of small round creatures. The first one called “Smeshariki. The beginning” debuted on the big screens of Russia and CIS six years ago, at the beginning of 2011. Almost one and a half million people watched this cartoon. The next feature installment will be called “Smeshariki. Deja Vu” and will be released this autumn.

Animated series and movies joined under the brand name Smeshariki has been already purchased by more than ninety countries including the states of the North America, and translated to sixty languages.
