Virtual Tours now available at the Tretyakov Gallery

400 people watched live the very first virtual tour of the “Thaw” Exhibition, RIA Novosti reports. Later on 34 thousand users of VK social network checked out the video recording. The latter project was jointly created by the State Tretyakov Gallery and VK, one of the most popular social networks in Russia. 

Let us remind you, that the “Thaw” exhibition, opened one month ago, is dedicated to the art of the Soviet artist of the Khrushchev era. There are 500 works on the view, some of them were never exposed to public before.

The project will be held on a regular basis since it proved to be a total success. The virtual tours will be available on the Tretyakov gallery webpage every Tuesday.

In the closest future web-smart art lovers will be able to see an exhibitions devoted to the Space achievements during Soviet times, as well as about cinema, poetry and fashion of the 1950-60s.
