Russian Butter Week to be celebrated in Dublin

Maslenitsa Russian culture festival will be celebrated with concerts and street fairs over this weekend in Dublin, as per RIA Novosti. The Butter Week festival is organized by the Moscow City Administration. Aside of traditional celebrations there’re some social and business Russian-Irish activities planned.

Participants of the round table in Dublin City Hall will discuss various business related development issues between two capitals. In particular, tourism and education exchange are to be on agenda. Activists from local Russian compatriot organizations are going to talk about Russian language promotion, maintaining and developing international contacts and strengthening the positive image of Russia. Important sport event of the next year, World Soccer championship in Moscow is to become one of the actual topics, as well.

An official cooperation of agreement between Dublin and Moscow could become the result of this event.

The concert given by Moscow musicians in The National Show Centre Swords Exhibition will put a final chord to the Russian culture festival.
