Russian-speaking kids took part in Stars of the Albion competition

The Fourth international performing arts festival and competition Stars of the Albion was held in London, Rossotrudnichestvo website reports. The event joins young talented musicians and dancers from across the world. Russian performers participated in the arts festival as well. They promoted Russian culture and musical traditions.

Noteworthy that, there were 150 festival participants totally, 90 percent of which represented former USSR countries and spoke Russian. However, children from Brazil, Germany, Greece and other European countries were present, too.

Founder and director of Russian-British Music Academy and organizer of the festival Evgenia Terentieva noted that she’s very happy about the professional level of all participants, some of which have already become winners of various related contests already.

Awarding Ceremony took place in Rudolph Steiner theatre. The judges awarded Grand Prix to a young signer from Armenia Mary Avetisyan.
