«Unfortunately nothing was done due to, first of all, ongoing provocative actions of the Ukraine armed forces, as the statistics of OSCE SMM shows, the troops are concentrated at the contact border and continue shooting, though with less intensity than at the end of January,» Lukashevich said.

OSCE SMM recorded more than one thousand three hundred cases of breaking the cease – fire near in south - east Ukraine, the territory of recent conflict sharpening. Alexander Khug, the first deputy of OSCE SSM in the Ukraine mentioned that the number of such cases decreased.

More than 15 trains with shells for large–caliber weapons and multiple rocket launchers were delivered by the Ukrainian military forces during January according to the information agent from the Russian military – diplomacy environment. Apart from that the full squadron Donbass and a part of military forces of Azov regiment were sent to the south – east Ukraine. Several brigades including landing – assault team were strengthened too.

The agent explained that the shells were directed to the subdivisions of the first troop train. All the troop trains were unloaded, which means that they intended to store the shells for a long time.
