The major subject to be discussed at the press-conference given by Vyacheslav Nikonov at the Russia’s MFA press-office on 27 October is plans and prospects for operation of the Committee on Education and Science of the State Duma of the 7th convocation. Mr. Nikonov is to tell the journalists about the most important activities the Committee is to deal with as well as about new draft laws relating to the spheres of science and education to be reviewed at the State Duma’s autumn session.
