Finalists of international contest Crystal Inkpot. Bulgakov’s lesson meet in Minsk

On 8-14 October 2016, Minsk hosts the final round of the international contest of art of teaching named Crystal Inkpot. Bulgakov’s Lesson.

This year, the contest was arranged by the Russkiy Mir Foundation, The Ministry of Education of Belarus and the International Teachers’ Club.

12 finalists representing 10 CIS and far-abroad countries, winning the contest in their countries, will give interesting lessons dedicated to works by M.A. Bulgakov to school students of Minsk schools. .

The competent contest jury, including teachers of Russian, authors of Russian textbooks, and famous writers, will determine the top three finalists who will receive certificates, memorable gifts and the grand prizes of the contest which are crystal inkpots made of gold, silver and bronze. The jury is chaired by Dean of the Philology Department of the Belarusian State University professor I.S. Rovdo.

The contest program includes a traditional international youth forum The Russian Language as the basis for cooperation of gifted young people. Let’s Make MIRnye Movies! This year, which was declared the Year of Culture in Belarus and the Year of Cinema in Russia, the forum will become a highlighted event in the lives of high school students and students of higher educational institutions of Belarus, Hungary, Georgia, Italy, Latvia, Mecedonia, Serbia, Ukraine, Sweden and several Russian regions. Meetings with famous actors, film writers, camera persons, various master-classes and team work at the scripts and filming of video clips and a film under the guidance of professionals are the main goals of the unique project.

On 10 October, the House of Moscow operating in Minsk, will host the opening ceremony of the Crystal Inkpot. Bulgakov’s Lesson contest in which Executive director of the Russkiy Mir Foundation V.V. Kochin, Deputy Minister of Education of the Republic of Belarus R.S. Sidrenko, representatives of the Embassy of the RF in Minsk, and famous culture and art professionals will take part.
