Russkiy Mir Foundation's Delegation Visits Emir Kusturica's Ivo Andric Institute

The Russkiy Mir Foundation’s delegation is on a visit to the Republika Srpska, Bosnia and Herzegovina, on 25-28 January 2016. The delegation members paid a visit to the Ivo Andric Institute in Visegrad founded and led by the world-famous filmmaker Emir Kusturica.

Vladimir Kochin, Executive Director of the Russkiy Mir Foundation, and Emir Kusturica discussed the prospects for cooperation between the two institutions and agreed to sign a long-term cooperation agreement. The agreement will provide for the implementation of programs for promotion of the Russian language, literature and culture in the Republika Srpska.

The Russkiy Mir Foundation will also present Russian-language books and a collection of Russkiy Mir.ru magazines to the library of the Ivo Andric Institute.
