International Intellectual Game Launched in Odessa

19.01.2016

On 16 January 2016, the first round of an international intellectual game was launched in Odessa. ‘I Know!’ is an annual contest for schoolchildren and college students sponsored by Russian School, a Ukrainian non-governmental organization, with support from the Russkiy Mir Foundation.

The game is aimed at promoting Russian language, literature, history and culture, as well as finding young talent and helping youth realize their potential.

Contestants will demonstrate their knowledge of classical Russian literature, music, history and popular children’s books in Russian.

Schoolchildren and college students from sixteen countries will take part in six rounds of the game under the slogan “I Want! I Can! I Know!”
