Allow me to wish you a happy New Year. Although we are going through a difficult time, I am convinced that every single one of us—and Russia as a whole—has the strength and the will to overcome those hardships.

Let us hope that Russia will have the wind in its sail in 2016, remaining a strong and powerful nation.
