Moldovan Schoolchildren Study Russian Christmas Traditions

On 21 December, the 2015 Christmas Kaleidoscope Festival opened in Moldova with support from the Russkiy Mir Foundation.

In the space of a month, students of the Ivan Vazov Lyceum in the town of Taraclia, as well as their parents and students from other schools, will learn about Russia’s Christmas traditions and customs.

The festival’s program includes a number of contests for best Christmas-themed drawings and handcrafts, snow figures and Christmas carols, as well as other Christmas-related events.
