Russian Center in Donetsk to Hold Series of Exhibitions

16.02.2011

As a part of the Russkiy Mir Foundation’s First in Space campaign, the Russian Center at the Donetsk regional library will hold a series of exhibitions dedicated to space exploration and the 50th anniversary of Gagarin’s flight. The Russian Center will provide visitors the opportunity to become acquainted with unique publications and electronic versions of journals and newspapers that came out in April 1961.

The organizers are certain that the exhibition will draw attention of Ukrainian youth to the issue of space exploration and also provoke interest among the elder generation, contemporaries of the first cosmonauts.

More information about this exhibition and other celebratory events in honor of the anniversary of Yuri Gagarin’s flight will be regularly announced on Russkiy Mir Radio.
