Russian Center in Kyrgyzstan Hosts Maslenitsa Celebrations

February 5 the Russian Center of Osh (Kyrgyzstan) located at premises of the subsidiary of the Russian State Social University hosted a folklore evening devoted to the upcoming Maslenitsa (a Pancake Week). The event also marked a completion of the folklore course by first-year students of the philology department.

Such cultural initiatives have become a tradition at the Russian Center of Osh - they allow students to get familiar with the Russian history and culture, to learn traditional dances and folklore songs.
