Russkiy Mir Foundation to Hold International First in Cosmos Knowledge Contest

As a part of the international First in Space campaign, the Analytical Department of the Russkiy Mir Foundation will hold an intellectual contest on the theme of space exploration and the first manned spaceflight.

The contest is intended for schoolchildren of the middle and upper levels as well as beginning students studying Russian and interested in the history of space exploration. The participants will have to answer 65 questions divided into two level of difficulty.

Preparation for this contest should help stimulate the assimilation of new knowledge about the history of space exploration as well as higher levels of Russian language skills.

The winners will be awarded special certificates. This initiative has already been supported by a majority of the Foundation’s Russian Centers and Russkiy Mir Cabinets throughout the world.
