26.05.2010

Speaking to reporters in Madrid on Tuesday, Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Zhukov touched upon the upcoming Year of Russia in Spain and Spain in Russia – a project that he said is due to be implemented in 2011. The Year’s program will be very intense, Zhukov explained, citing the two countries’ socio-economic, scientific and cultural cooperation. Among other things, both sides will discuss an array of bilateral transport, energy and dwelling construction projects within the framework of the Cross Year, Zhukov said, citing a Russia-based information center and a special website to be created to cover the project’s developments.
