The family of King Harald V have welcomed President Medvedev to Norway, the Voice of Russia reports. The visit is to be focused on oil and gas, the natural environment, resources on Svalbard and borderlines in the Barents Sea. Dmitri Medvedev and the Norwegian Storting speaker Dag Terje Andersen have already discussed proposals to broaden inter-parliamentary ties.
