Russian President Dmitry Medvedev arrived in Copenhagen on Tuesday in what will be the first state visit of the Russian leader to Denmark in 50 years, the Voice of Russia reports. Welcoming him at the airport was Danish Queen Margrethe II, who invited Medvedev and his spouse to visit her summer residence for a state dinner on Tuesday evening.  Medvedev will meet with Danish businessmen and hold negotiations with the country’s Prime Minister Lars Lokke Rasmussen on Wednesday.
