7th Salon of Russian literature kicks off in Paris

The Russian literature salon has started for the 7th time at the Russian Spiritual and Cultural Orthodox Center in Paris; it is going last until December 5. The program includes events dedicated to Fyodor Dostoevsky and contemporary Russian authors, Russian eyewitness reports.

The program is avialable on the salon's website. Among other things,meetings with Russian and French writers and researchers of Russian literature are going to take place . One of the participants in the salon will be Russian writer Yulia Kristeva, who will present her new book about Feodor Dostoevsky.

French actress of Russian origin Masha Meril will present her new novel "Vanya, Vasya and Vasya's Daughter", which tells about the fate of a family of Cossack emigrants in the 20th century.
