Higher School of Economics and Peking University to start student exchanges

The Higher School of Economics (HSE) and Peking University have signed an agreement on student exchanges for the mathematics departments, the website of the Higher School of Economics reports.

The document was signed by HSE First Vice-Rector Vadim Radaev and Peking University President Hao Ping. It is noted that universities also intend to organize summer and winter student schools and jointly participate in solving mathematical problems. The HSE hopes that cooperation with one of the largest universities in China will broaden the horizons for HSE students and teachers.

At the moment, the Russian university cooperates with 24 Chinese universities; more than 200 students from China study at the HSE.
