According to Russian Minister of Culture Vladimir Medinsky relations between our countries remain at a high level. He has reminded that Russian-French Cross-Year of Cultural Tourism will end this year.

National theaters, such as Bolshoi Theater and Maly Theatre regularly participate in all French theater festivals. Russian cinema festivals are regularly conducted in Paris and Honfleur.

Let us remember
, two days ago Russian Heritage Days started in the French capital. The very first exhibition was curated by Russian Ministry of Culture and hosted at the Parisian residence of Russian Ambassador to France. Reconstruction of the world-famous Amber Room presented to Peter the Great by the first King in Prussia Friedrich-Wilhelm I is a real highlight of the event.

Also, Holy Trinity Cathedral and The Russian Orthodox Spiritual and Cultural Center in Paris hosts Moscow Kremlin museums' exhibition devoted to 19th century painter and historian of art Fedor Solntsev, the main decorator of interiors of the Grand Kremlin Palace in Moscow.
