CineWave Russian film festival held in Alicante

Third Russian language film festival CineVolna (CinemaWave) starts in Alicante. New Russian film releases premiers, Q&A's, round table discussions with participation of directors and actors to be held in the frames of this event.

Eastern Europe Immigrant Association LAD has initiated the festival. CinemaWave is held with support of Russkiy Mir, Russian Filmmakers Union and Mosfilm Cinema Studio.

The core program includes 10 Russian and 5 Spanish features. Among honorable guests are director Karen Shakhnazarov, actors Valentin Smirnitsky, Natalya Bondarchuk, Aleksander Baluev, and others.

The Closing ceremony during which best filmmakers will be announced, will be held on September, 23.
