Russian President and Prime Minister of Hungary discuss bilateral economic relations

The Presidential Administration of Russia President of Russia Vladimir Putin held a meeting with Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban in the capital of Hungary, RIA Novosti informs. He has remarked positive trends in trade relations of both countries. In particular, the turnover growth amounted to more than twenty percent over the first six months, after specification of data this figure may come to twenty-seven percent.

Putin has pointed out that Russian businessmen continue investing money into Hungarian economics, so gross investments equal 1,5 billion US dollars. The head of Russia has also reminded that our country guaranteed construction of Paks nuclear power plant.

President of the Russian Federation has emphasized that Russia and Hungary are connected by other mutual projects, in particular, the countries collaborate in the field of medicine manufacturing.

Vladimir Putin came to Hungary to participate in the opening ceremony of thirty-first judo world championships.
