Russia wins 2017 International Army Games

Russian Ministry of DefenseRussian team got the Cup of International Army Games 2017 at the closing ceremony in Alabino military range near Moscow, TASS reports. Russian Defense Top Management headed by Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu were present at the ceremony. Minister gave a solemn thanking all participants and organizers of the Games. Shoigu has claimed that “millions of eyes and hearts were worrying and following” the best army men from 28 countries over the last two weeks. Minister of Defense talked about efforts and enthusiasm of the participants and thanked mechanics, technicians, engineers who made these Games possible.

Shoigu handed in the Cup of International Army Games 2017 to army men and noted that all participants became winners of the competitions because they “looked in the eyes of each other and not through the gun’s barrel”

The first place of the unofficial medal count belongs to Russia, the second place is occupied by China, the bronze is held by Kazakhstan. Russian Defense Team managed to win nineteen competitions out of twenty-eight, including Tank Biathlon, Aviadarts, Outstanding Performers of Battle Intelligence. Organizers awarded more than two and a half competitions’ participants with medals.
