First International National Sports festival of CIS countries has opened in Russian city Ulianovsk, named after Vladimir Ulianov-Lenin. More than 300 participants from 10 countries have arrived at the festival, TASS reports. Most of the sports competitions take place in the Volga-Sport-Arena Ice Palace built three years ago for the ball hockey.
