Russian military teams take first places at International Army Games

vk.comRussian military team took the first place in a very complicated intelligence contest at the International Army Games - 2017, as per RIA Novosti. Our army men have successfully overcome the obstacle zone called The Intelligence Officer Path, leaving behind teams from China and Uzbekistan, which took the second and the third places correspondently.

The contest of the military intelligence officers was held near Novosibirsk. The Intelligence Officer Path represents a complicated range of 22 obstacles, including different types of fences, a stank, land navigation, etc. Russians needed 38 minutes 47 seconds to fulfill the task. In the course of competitions, the intelligence officers practiced throwing grenades, attacked guards and defended themselves. Forced marches were fully equipped (18 kg of equipment). Overall, seven teams took part at The Intelligence Officer Path competition.

Another victory was had by Russian tank crew. It set a record of speed and precision several days before. No team has managed to complete the whole track and hit all targets at these competitions before over all the time of their conduction, as per the main judge of the International Army Games Major General Dmitry Gorbatenko.

Following the two-day results of the tank biathlon, Russia holds the first place, the second place is occupied by the Chinese army men, and Belorussia is on the third place.
