100,000 Russians want to volunteer in WFYS

ura.ru More than 100,000 Russian citizens want to volunteer at the 19th World Festival of Youth and Students (WFYS) in Sochi, TASS reports. At the meeting with the regional festival’s committees the head of WFYS Sergey Kirienko has stated that it is great to know there are so many people with pro-active attitude. These people are glad to share their energy and time to make this major event even more special.

The preparations are on the finish line, and the main point of the organizational meeting is to define what else needs to be done to make Sochi festival the best one, Kirienko has marked. It is important that our guests will be able to feel Russian spirit, to understand what a contemporary country it is.

Let us remind you, the key events of the festival will be held in Sochi. Moscow, St Petersburg, Sevastopol, Vladivostok and many other cities will join in.
