Russia participates at World Economic Forum-2017

Russian delegation is taking part at the XI World Economic Forum started in China, TASS reports. It is planned to discuss key challenges of the innovational global economic development at the forum in Dalian.

A series of plenary sessions will take place today, on June 27. The main directions of the discussions are artificial intellect, new technologies for the sake of future of the humanity, strategies of the stable development and economic growth applying geo-economic factors.

Vice-Mayer of Dalian Lu Lin has noticed that the forum is a major platform for governmental representatives of different countries (more than 80 delegations arrived at the forum).

Several thousand entrepreneurs arrived at the World Economic Forum-2017 who showed interest in the forum. They will take part in the plenary sessions.

The Economic Forum agenda conductor David Aikman has satisfactory remarked that around two thirds of the total number of participants came from abroad.

Russia is represented by Assistant to the President of the Russian Federation Andrey Fursenko, Deputy Minister of Economic Development of the Russian Federation Alexey Gruzdev and a representative of Skolkovo Institute of Science and Technology Atrem Oganov who worked out the computer design method of new materials and forecasts of crystal structures. Senior officials from about fifteen companies and banks will take part in the forum.
