European forum of Russian And Soviet college graduates under the banner Network World Today and Tomorrow took place in Berlin. 

More than 400 graduates, politicians, businessmen, creative workers and social activists were discussing the application of information and communication technologies, and their impact on the future. All the debates were dedicated to the various aspects of the application of these technologies. In particular, Smart City, Industry 4.0, Telecommunications in Public Health Programmes, Legal Issues, Art and Culture in a Digital Era. 

In the evening, guests gathered at the Grand hall to participate at the first plenary session dedicated to political, economical and social relations in Europe and in our world in general. After this, all participants were invited to the informal reception at the RF Embassy in Berlin.
