They should take all possible precautions due to the fact that some extremist organizations have declared 30 September the Global Day of Wrath and Protest against the resumption of active hostilities in Aleppo, Syria. It is linked to a traditional Friday prayer.

“We recommend Russian citizens who live abroad or stay there at the moment to be extremely careful, take all possible precautions and avoid being in crowded and public places, where “wrath and protest” might affect them and treat their dignity and safety”, the statement says.

According to the Russia’s MFA, the so-called “world day of anger and protest” can be used by extremist elements in several countries for attacks against Russia and provocations against its citizens”.
