Plovdiv students in Russian philology prepare for summer school in Varna

On July 29, 2016 Dr. Nadya Cherneva, the head of the Russian Center in Plovdiv held a meeting with the Plovdiv University team that is preparing for participation in the international summer school at Varna Free University “Chernorizets Hrabar” (22–26 August, 2016). The young adults shared their ideas with each other while making a presentation about Plovdiv University and about the departments they study at, among which are the department of the Russian philology, the department of the Russian and the English languages and the department of linguistics. The young students are also preparing a homework on fixed phrases called «Tastes differ ».

The next meeting will be held on August 1, 2016. During the meeting every participant will present their descriptive self-portraits in the form of a language game. The game will be a general representation of the Plovdiv university team at the Varna school.
