Grigory Chukhray would have turned 95 years on May 23. His films are the symbols of the Krushchev thaw and a part of the world film heritage.  

To celebrate Chukhray’s birthday, Russian center in Balti has organized broadcasting of his films. Throughout the week, students were able to visit several venues at the A. Russo University in Balti to watch and then discuss the most famous films of Chukhray: The fouty-first, Ballad of a Solfier, and Clear skies.
