Sergey Kravtsov, Head of Rosobrnadzor, reminded that the exam consists of two parts: written and oral. The oral part was introduced only last year. So, it takes two days to pass the exam. School leavers can choose not to pass the oral part; however, they will not be able to receive the maximum points then.

Previously, Dmitry Livanov has promised to make foreign language USE obligatory by 2022. Before, there will be a lot of work done to improve foreign languges teaching in Russia.
