On 13 November Eduard Patrakov, Director of the Center for Social Work and Head of the Department of Social Security at the Boris Yeltsin Ural Federal University, and Vitaly Kopnov, Prorector of Science at the Russian State Vocational Pedagogical University, visited the Russian Center in Pecs. Szabo Csilla Marianna, Director of the Institute of Teacher Training in Dunaujvaros, and Bognarne Erdos Marta, Head of the Department of Social Sciences at the University of Pecs, accompanied the guests.

Valentina Vegvari, Head of the Russian Center, gave the guests a tour of the Center, spoke about its history, goals and objectives, primary activities and future plans. She noted that the Center would turn 5 years old in 2016 and the preparations for the celebrations were underway. Bognarne Erdos Marta recalled the opening ceremony she attended in 2011. Vitaly Kopnov said that, although he had been keeping up with the news and events related to the Russian Center through social media, he had never thought he would have a chance to visit the Center in person.

Guests and employees of the Center discussed joint events, projects and research to be organized by the University of Pecs, the Ural Federal University and the Russian State Vocational Pedagogical University.
